Advantages

If you are building your PC for working on Graphics, video editing, 3d Modeling software like photoshop, after effects, 3ds max etc then you should definitely choose AMD FX 8350 over Intel i5 3570K because AMD Fx 8350 has 8 cores while i5 3570k has only 4 cores.

Graphics, video editing and 3D programs work best on the processor which has more cores and which can perform better on multi-threading. AMD Fx 8350 performs 35% faster when it comes to multi-threading.

Price is another factor in which AMD FX 8350 wins. Its price in Indian market is Rs 14,000 only.

If you are planning to overclock the CPU then AMD FX 8350 will perform better than intel i5 3570K. In overclocking AMD FX 8350 gets 9.7 points out of 10  while i5 3570k gets only 8.2 out of 10.

Disadvantages

If you are working on AMD Fx 8350 then get ready for some extra amount of electricity bill because it consumes more power (125 Watt) than i5 3570K (77 Watt). 

You will have to use a cabinet which has nice ventilation and cooling system because AMD FX 8350 gets more hotter than i5 3570K.

Intel core i5 3570K

Advantages

Intel i5 3570K is considered as the best processor for gaming. It works better than AMD Fx 8350 in the application where multi-threading is not required. It comes with inbuilt HD 4000 GPU.

It needs less power and hence it gets less hotter than AMD CPUs.

Most of the games do not use more than 4 cores so you can not get advantage of 8 cores of AMD Fx 8350 in gaming.

Disadvantages

In Indian market price of Intel i5 3570K is Rs 21,000. Its much more than AMD FX 8350's price Rs 14,000.

In video editing, rendering, graphics & 3D software AMD FX 8350 works better than intel i5 3570K.

If your budget is low and still you want to get the processor which performs best the BUY AMD FX 8350

If you are a game lover <3, and want to get best experience of gaming and budget is not your concern then BUY Intel Core i5 3570K

If you are professional graphic designer or video editor or 3D animator then BUY AMD FX 8350

If you are a game lover and also a professional video editor or animator then what should you buy? 

then you should BUY AMD FX 8350 because it performs less in gaming but still the difference between gaming performance of both of the processors is very minor.
